Default PS4 Headset Suggestions

Can anyone suggest a set of on ear or over ear headphones that will work with the PS4?

I want something that I can use with my PS4 & Vita but also be able to pack in my carry on. I have seen that a large majority of headsets mic's aren't working with the PS4 and I would be pissed if I had to buy a different headset for each device.

Anyone currently using something that they are having a decent experience with and can confirm the mic works without wiggling cables?

I would like to hear some suggestions as well. I was looking at the Astro AS50s but they are quite expensive.

Thinking of picking them up if they go on sale.

I have the Astro A50s, and they work flawlessly for the PS4, with no wires going to the controller.

But they are absolutely not portable, so won't fit that need. They require a base station hooked in via optical.

Yeah that's a bit more then I am looking to go for. Want to keep portable so I can use my iPod and vita.

So far the ones I'm looking at are the Sennheiser Momentums, Akg K545, Phillips F1 and the AKG Q460. All have a 4 pole connection and have been reported as working with the PS4

I use the standard Sony headset (the older model that came out just before the Pulse). It uses a USB dongle, but the sound quality is strong given the price tag ($50 on sale). It is pretty bulky, but I have no experience with other models so I have no idea if that's the norm or not.
