Quick question. I used to app to try and sign a couple of FA's and it says:

"All transactions will be processed on or shortly after 2013-10-13"

Is it really going to take over a month for these FA's to decide with what team they sign? Does it do the same thing if you try to sign a few FA's while actually on the PS3?

No. When it refers to October 13th, it's referring to the calendar date in the game. So in reality, it's referring to the next time that we advance the schedule.

Signings and trades (after approval from the Commissioner) are processed by EA's servers at the next schedule advance. So once we get going, we're talking once every few days.
