Hoping for a close game, but we need to lose really bad at this point. We may not need a top 3 pick, but please guys just tank enough for a top 6! Hope goals we get are by the rookies and not friggin Begin.
Cundari gets his first NHL point in tonights game. Hope he can establish himself as an NHL caliber player. That will end the season on a good note having the feeling that our star players were not traded for AHL scrubs.

Looks like the Flames D is:
Giordano
Brodie
Sarich
Babchuk
Carson
Cundari
If the Flames win with that D core against a team that has only lost 10 times this season, I think there needs to be an investigation

If winning this one game sets us back 15 years, we have bigger issues then we think.

I want to get Mackinnon as bad as anyone. But if this truly is Kipper's last game on home ice...GO FLAMES GO!!!
The ovation tonight is going to be huuuuuuge and I hope he pulls off a 1st star performance.
The Flames will never have another goalie like him.

This update #Flames. Steve Begin is scratched for tonight. Roman Cervenka will play vs #Ducks
After Begin's two goal effort they probably don't want to take any chances tonight can't blame them. They have to lose this one.

I can't think of anothe team in the NHL that needs a top 3 pick as bad as the Flames do. Maybe the Red Wings.

The Preds lack elite talent up front. I'd say they need a top 3 pick as bad. One of the worst offensive teams in the league.
Florida is the clear worst team in the league this season. Goaltending and injuries were definitely factors. But despite drafting Huberdeau and Gudbranson in the top few, they still need more talent.
But yeah, kind of annoying that we're battling Carolina, Tampa and Colorado, all teams with more raw talent up front that we have. Those teams and EDM show that you can't win just with offensive talent, defense and goaltending are still key in the new NHL. I hope the Oil continue to pick forwards!

The problem with tonight is that the Ducks have been really struggling, despite their record. I see the flames winning this one, unfortunately
