NPH in the Harold & Kumar Go To White Castle
- Will Farrell in Wedding Crashers

Here's one that I didn't remember and I don't think most people know about, even though they know the scene:
And then of course there is Entourage which has some wicked cameos, my favorite being Eminem, Tom Brady (My favorite episode) and James Woods.

The Quest stands upon the edge of a knife. Stray but a little, and it will fail, to the ruin of all. Yet hope remains while the Company is true. Go Flames Go!
This is not a cameo. A cameo is a brief unexpected appearance meant to provoke recognition. The T1000 in Waynes World thing is a good example. Alec Baldwin had a part in the movie.

So you just going to call me out, or perhaps mention all the other cameos in this thread that don't meet your expectations of what is allowed? The freaking OP has credited roles (and so do many responses, like the one above this post), so I took my queue from that.
I'm also going to nominate the running shoe in the space battle at the end of Return of the Jedi as a great cameo.
Speaking of which. There is a deleted scene in the Avengers featuring Captain America that had the best Stan Lee cameo. Shame they took it out.
I liked the whole Cap scene, really put some context to him being a fish out of water.

I wouldn't get so bent out shape about it dude.
But yeah, a bunch of other people have listed roles that are actually just small parts and not cameos. I think it is worth noting that a lot of these aren't really cameos but this isn't exactly an official list or anything so I don't think it is a big deal.
