Any house cleaning referrals/recommendations?
I have a house that I need a good cleaning on, but I feel like I'm throwing money away as I've had 2 different people come and try and they either quit ("this job is too big") or just said they didn't do the level of cleaning that I'm looking for.
I'd like walls washed/wiped down, light fixtures done, bathrooms done well , hardwood floors cleaned, windows, etc.
Everyone I call doesn't do a "detail" cleaning they say, they just do "spot" cleaning like a regular weekly house keeper.
Any suggestions?

It's a rental place, if it was my home I would have set fire to it already.

I have a gal that does my place, she is terrific but not terribly cheap. PM me if you're interested. She doesn't have the best availability though if you need it done ASAP.

Yeah sorry I guess I should have added that I need it fairly quickly.

Doesn't Servpro do these types of jobs? I know they do more emergency/heavyduty/light industrial work. Give them a try.

I'd call places that do construction cleans. The pre-oc clean is pretty intense.

Yeah I had one guy recommend that to me. Availability is a big factor though.
I'm going to give those Mango maids a try, they were available tomorrow. We shall see.
If they suck EverfresH15 is so banned.

Also, sent you a PM

I called Ram and after describing what I wanted they said they didn't do that level of cleaning.

Weird that no one does this. Could be that the people who tend to ask for this are the types that will never be pleased and become a gigantic PIA.

Totally weird. I own a business and there are very few jobs I'd turn down. If it's something I really really really don't want to do, I just crank up the price to a point where I'm happy to do it. How dirty can a house be? I'd say sure Photon, my base rate for a rush job in this condition is 2.5x my regular base rate, and anything over X man hours will be billed at 3x our regular hourly rate. We can start in 30 minutes. Sound good?
But to just tell a guy "no, we don't do that" is bizarre.
