I'm excited to see how the youngsters do. Feaster is living up to his word, so let's see how the new-look (kinda) team does.

When was the last time the Flames won in Chicago? Is the United Centre turning into the Honda Centre version 2? I hope not.
Hawks playing back to back might help out the Flames, but it far from guarantees anything.
GO FLAMES GO!

Mikael Backlund WILL play.
T.J. Brodie will PROBABLY play.
Paul Byron MIGHT play.
The home team won every game between these two last year.
The Flames haven't won in Chicago since March 2008.

That last picture with Giordano in the fight, he looks like Hector Salomonca from Breaking bad....

Don't think so. Per Cent just means per 100, so 100/100 = 1
"Now with 1 more Backlund"
Go Flames GO!

I don't see the Flames has the ammunition to turn it around and buck the trend but heck I say 2-1 Flames just to keep me watching the game tonight

I expect a loss but am more interested in how backlund and Brodie look.

Didn't Chicago play yesterday? I wonder if Emery starts today.

According to this, assuming Byron plays for Stajan, the lines might be:
Tanguay - Backlund - Iginla
Glencross - Jokinen - Bourque
Byron - Horak - Stempniak
Kostopoulos - Moss - Jackman
I really like these lines.

Flames win this one 4-3.
Iginla, Glencross, Bourque, Horak
The B's (Backlund/Byron/Brodie) all chip in with an assist.

Fully expecting Emery tonight...he has been no better than ok...Bad rebounds early, improves as game progresses.
Bolland took a puck off his achilles vs. Blues on Tuesday, scratched yesterday. I doubt he plays tonight either.
Our probable lines:
Sharp/Toews/Frolik
Carbomb/Kane/Hossa
Brunette/Kruger/Bickell
Scott/Mayers/Stalberg
Keith/Seabs
Hjammer/Leddy
Montador/O'Donnell (or Lepisto)
Q mixes the RWs constantly.
Our PP was 1 for 31 recently...MONTADOR (???!!!) was moved to the front of the net yesterday on PP, 2nd unit...Goal and Assist (the BJs totally ignored him!)
Will be dropping in for GT...good luck to your Flames

Why would they bother calling those players up if they're not going to get into the game?
As I'm typing, I realize they play back-to-back, so not enough time to call someone up in case of an injury in this first game... makes sense.
Anyway, I hope all 3 play tonight.

Would think its tougher for Byron as he was recalled 1 day later than TJ Brodie.
I bet Brodie and Backlund are in the lineup and Bryon is a healthy scratch (due to his travel).

I'm 90% certain the Flames will win because that's how we roll around here.
