LOL...they're serious?

I would love to walk by someone's office as they are writing an email doing the chicken dance.

Digital Charades, anyone?

Good luck to 'em and all I guess.

The typing keyboard is also a magical instrument not unlike a piano keyboard. Fingers are still important.

Um how about we all just learn sign language and develop a tool to type that out.... it probably already exists.

What a terrible Idea.

I mean really if they think we are all going to learn a new gesture based language just for email, wouldn't the one that's been used and proven effective for a generations be a good place to start? I mean compared to 2 thumbs over the shoulder and licking my germ covered hands followed by a knee slap... how many peoples cameras go down to their knees while still capturing their face anyway? How far back from my desk do I need to be? I have to stand?

His intro should be "Hi I'm Paul McDonald and I used to be the product manager for gmail until I was fired for blowing thousands of dollars on research for the dumbest idea ever."

....

Why do people ruin these threads by pointing out it's an April Fools day joke?

Really? It was pretty obviously a joke by the way the dude was acting things out and the subsequent words that showed up. Don't be such a baby.
