Michael J Fox has Parkinson's Disease, which causes him to uncontrollably shake at times. If he were a cashier in a supermarket, his shaking would cause him to accidentally scan a single item multiple times.
The added bonus joke is that because you're purchasing a carbonated beverage, even after you've made your purchase, you won't be able to immediately drink it because the shaking will cause it to explode when you open it.

The rage guy is in the store wanting to buy just one Sierra Mist, but the cashier rings it up over and over and over again. We discover that the cashier is Michael J. Fox, who as well as being a noted and storied actor from that northern city that shall not be named, is a sufferer of Parkinson's Disease.
It's tasteless, crass, rude, but as a rageface comic, hilariously funny as always.
The thing about rageface comics is that you can relate to so many of them. Just like the "(Fata) yeah" guy.

Do people still get BSODs? I can't remember the last time I saw one of those.
It was a long time for me too, but I got one on my new laptop with Windows 7. Although I had about 1.2 gigabytes of error messages after maybe two months of use. Don't know what's that about, maybe one of these days I'll go check.
