Probably due to the network problems:

Slow for me too. I tried a lot of other sites to make sure it wasn't my internet and all other sites work perfectly fine except this one.

For me, everything on the site loads pretty quickly, but for some reason I get a constant loading sign...everything I need to see is up right away, but every thread I open says it's still loading, even though there's nothing to load. Is that just something screwy on my end? I'm using Safari 4.0.3 if that makes any difference.

Change the MAC address on your router. I simply cloned the address on my PC to my Linksys Router.

Unplugged the modem for fifteen minutes.

Once back online I pulled a new shaw IP and Calgarypuck returned to its previous glory.

If you don't have a 174.0.x.x address you will be having issues.

I'm pretty darn sure this site is blocking or restricting me somehow. How come I can browse this site like a breeze when I do so through a proxy-server?

Whatever action a forum takes on you people, all you have to do is physically unplug your modem, leave it off for the night, plug it back in and presto you have a new IP. Banning someone is old fashion and ineffective, anyone can easily get a new IP

For the third time, it's not the site blocking or restricting you, it's a network problem.

If you don't want to accept it that's fine but stop asking then lol.

For whatever reason Cogent's network has significant packet loss with some people within a specific IP range. They keep telling me it will be fixed, but they haven't yet.

Is the network problem my fault or because of CP?

Neither, it's a problem with the network between you and CP. Cogent is the company providing that network.

Nothing's wrong with my connection. CP seems fine.
