Yes you can, you have to authorize a transfer of ownership.... the big thing to keep in mind is that if they get denied due to credit, you don't want them having the phone and having it be in your name still....
The cost is $25 for a transfer of ownership and it's a cost to the buyer. (Apparently we have to pay to do credit checks or some such.)
