Default YouTube?

How do you create a direct link to a YouTube Video?

The only poster I have seen do it is Anthony Cook

You just have to use a tag around the ID of the video:

So:[ youtube]PIEXFrBRt6U[/ youtube] (without the spaces)

Do interest the id as an image or a link?

Also where do I copy the ID? Is it just the tail end of the link?

//www.youtube.com/watch?v=3YOk88b-xIc <---- is that it? (in bold)

For one, I'd like to see this feature disabled.

At my work, YouTube has been blocked. Miraculously, CP hasn't been blocked, but if a YouTube link is loaded (and blocked) very often, it's just a matter of time before CP will be blocked. I don't see why a link to the YouTube site isn't good enough....

I'm pretty sure he cheated, slowed down through an emulator, but still awesome to watch.

Hm, you could block Youtube from your browser itself so they don't even try to load, then it doesn't even get to the block.

Without the www part, and you need to close the tag with a

edit: so it'll look like [ youtube]3YOk88b-xIc[/ youtube]

(without the spaces)

Is there any way to put a link thing on the quick reply, like pic insertion? I can never remember how the code works and I end up coming here every time LOL

I’m always amazed these sportscasters and announcers can call the game with McDavid’s **** in their mouths all the time.

Dude, if you can't remember the youtube tag, you don't DESERVE to post one

Unfortunately no, the editor javascript is part of the forum software and ripping into that is something I wouldn't want to attempt
