Well, I might as well post this again since it's worked the last three games:

2-0. The worst lead in hockey.

Some terrible defensive zone coverage, but they bounced back well the last few minutes. Hopefully NJ is tired in their second night of back to backs, and we see the Flames take over in the second.

Ugly first period. Hope the Flames can come out guns blazing in the 2nd.

Aside from one miscue and one amazing jagr effort, I thought we looked pretty good that period. Then again, I am coming from watching the previous game.

Cammi says in the intermission he expects the flames to be better next period, I hope he is right! Come on flames. Pick it up, that period lacked the explosiveness we have been used to this year so far.

I agree with the others, Granlund and his line has looked good, the rest, blah.

Keep skating and NJ won't be able to keep up in the third.

I don't know that we should be trashing the Oilers effort at this point in the game.

Flames are in this game even though they are behind 2-0. They actually had more scoring chances than the Devils. That 2nd goal by New Jeresy was a vintage Cammy goal. If these two sticks in the same line, i can see Cammy getting 40 or more goals this season.

Hartley should replace Bouma on that Jooris-Ferland line. Those two need a playmaker. Maybe putting Baerschi on that line? But it means one of Baerschi or Ferland playing out of position though.

Hahaha. Although Hrudey may be laying it on a bit thick, he's not wrong. Nice to see this on national tv.
