Clearly I'm not running 30 rounds of this ... just looking to establish either a bottom five, or as far as we need to go to see where Calgary comes in.
I went with Florida last round, but am changing my vote to Carolina after having read some of the arguments for the Panthers' improvement from the last round.

Florida vs Carolina and I went with the Panthers because of their track record of a team that can pull the chute at any time and when you pick 2nd and 1st overall in successive drafts the odds of a quick fix rebuild happening are pretty minute IMO. Carolina has some top end talent that may be able to keep their head just above the bottom 5 so I gotta go with the team that has spent a lot of the last decade finishing in the bottom 5 of the league. This is what the Panthers do. It's what they are good at.
