Slam back a litre of water and chase it with some tylenol. Then hit up a drug store and try to pick up those alka-seltzer hang-over helpers. Those things are a god-send. Last trick is to wait about two hours after all of that and pick up a Booster Juice with Energy, Multi-Vitamins and the Ginko Biloba Brain boosters. I guarantee you'll be drinking again by noon...
...actually that's another cure, just start drinking again. Probably won't work if you're at work though.

Drink some cold water, eat a little, and go for a walk/run.

Try some Tylenol with Codeine..it does an amazing job of taking the horrible feelings away for me anyways..it's the stuff you need to ask for at the drugstore because they dont sell it over the counter

Vitamin B. Water. Sit in a steam room or sauna. Greasy breakfast at Humpty's. Induce vomiting before you go to bed the night before your hangover.

I knew someone was going to say something along these lines, but your advice doesn’t really help me now does it?
Anyways the advice is good, I am going too head out of the office pretty quick here go pick up a coffee and a bagel with some cream cheese…or would that be a bad idea, anyways I don’t think fresh air could hurt…

THE SUREFIRE HANGOVER CURE. It has never failed me, including once already this week.
-Mix 1 tablespoon of white sugar into a warm 7-Up (Sprite will not do).
-Gun it right away while it fizzles.
Write a note for the next time you go out to drink 2 litres of water with 3 Tylenols before you go to bed next time.

Generally, mixing drugs and alcohol should be avoided like the plague. Tylenol may hide the effects, but if you truly want to feel better, don't take it.
The best thing? Drink TONS of water before bed. If you get up to pee, drink more water at the same time. The headache is due to lack of fluids, similar to heat stroke.

I drink alot of fluids like water or gatorade, eat something nice and greasey like bacon and eggs, then smoke the biggest joint. I feel 100% after.

Gatorade or any similar electrolyte type drink works wonders. Chug about a litre of the stuff and it should make you feel at least a little bit better.

have a quick catnap on your work breaks. Or right at your desk if nobody catches you

I have actually really been contemplating this, its rather slow at the office, and if I put my head down on my desk I will be out in about 0.1 seconds

You absolutely want to avoid coffee or anything that will further dehydrate you (that is why you feel like crap this morning)
Drink LOTS of water. Eat. But no caffiene. Or anything that is a diuretic (makes you pee more than it should: Coke, Pepsi, etc)
And when you get home from the next time, drink a pile of water before you go to bed and keep doing it throughout the night when you get up to pee.

I thought you need a prescription to get Tylenol with Codeine? I remember Marijuana being the best hangover cure, but I am too old to be sucking on a bong anymore.
