Default Hit The Net Keeper Hockey League - GM Needed
The Hit The Net Hockey League (formerly Calgary Puck Dynasty League) has an opening for a GM position.

The league at a glance:
- 30 teams representing the 30 NHL cities
- 23 player NHL roster comprised of a minimum of 4 LW, 4RW, 4C, 6D, 2G and up to 3 roster spots of any position.
- 10 prospect level players in the minor league of each team
- Teams keep either 9F, 5D, 1G or 7F, 3D, 2G from season to season

- each team is run similar to a real NHL team with player signings and trades which occur throughout the year.
- prospect and free agent drafts are held over the summer
- entry fee is $20

Prizes:
- overall winner receives a customized jersey of his/her choice + trophy
- 2nd place overall $100
- 3rd place free entry into next season
- Most points in each third of the season $50

The league is mostly made up of CPers and we'd like to keep it that way. The team (Anaheim) which is available has notable players such as: Lecavalier, Jordan Staal, Neal, Bertuzzi, Goligoski, Zidlicky, and the Kari/Carey's Lehtonen and Price. Most if not all of the draft picks are also intact.

Our keeper deadline is fast approaching so we would like a GM in place this week so they can arrange their team as they see fit.

We operate on a first come first serve bases. First person who is interested in joining the league and send in the entry fee will get the team. If you miss out on the team feel free to sign up on the forum anyway as we may have openings in the future.

It's a great league, lots of active GM's and trade whores around. The scoring is pretty simple a skater gets a point for a point (goal/assist) and goalies get 2 for a win and 3 for a shutout which worked out nicely last year.

Because of the magnitude of the league, (990 player and prospects "signed" at a time) you're often scrapping the bottom of the barrel for players but that gives an advantage to those who really know their stuff. Except somehow last year Flamestalker fluked out and won. I kid.

Yes, for your second team it's $20 a month instead of a $20 one time fee.
