Default NHL Center Ice free Preview Reminder

Just a friendly reminder that Center Ice is on a free preview until I believe Oct 19th (someone correct me if this is wrong).

Isn't the free preview usually only a week at the start of the season? Not that I'm complaining.

Why is god's name is it 50 dollars per month regularly? I mean, I get that you can watch out of market games, but it's just a little crazy at 50/per

Well, it's 4 payments of $50. Or $200 one time. Same as NFL Sunday Ticket.

Seems fair to me for a long season and the ability to watch hockey every night of the week.

I legitimately did not know that. That's a bit better than the 50/8 months I had imagined. 200 is a little steep, but certainly affordable.

NFL Sunday Ticket $229
NHL Centre Ice $200
MLB.TV $125

I've had all three for many years now. The NFL one keeps creeping up in price and hasn't really offered much more in what you get. Centre Ice had the Game Centre included for a few years with Shaw, but that's over now. The PS3 app they had was awful a couple of years ago, but I've heard it's much better now. I think I also had to pay $10 for the app. MLB.tv is nice that you can watch it on your computer, phone, tablet or through a gaming device. It's not crystal clear, but it's very good. The downfall is there are issues with it all the time. They switched to a new format midseason and missed about 50 things that are basic user requirements.
