MacBook Pro Docking Station?
I'm tempted to pick up a 24" LED display, but it's a pretty big expense... aside from the (obvious) attraction to the scree, the big selling point is the docking aspect of it.
I have a 24" Dell that looks great (although the viewing angle isn't even close to an Apple Display), but all the cables flopping around all the time is annoying. Sometimes the CAT5 falls behind my desk and I have to crawl around to get it etc.
Anyway, before I spend $700 on this display... is there a decent docking station that would work with a 17" unibody macbook pro?
I've looked around, but everything I see is in the $300-$400 range. I might as well sell my Dell screen for $200 and then pay $500 for the Apple Display instead of $400 for a dock.
