If Bouma's not coming back, you know it had to hurt something fierce.

Cracked rib(s)? Ouch. I hope he's back soon. Really, really soon.

I hope he's okay for Game 82, but an injury to a winger could be good for Shore/Bennett on thursday.

Wes Gilbertson @SUNGilbertson
According to #Flames head coach Bob Hartley, LW Lance Bouma is day-to-day. At this time of year, everybody is day-to-day.

Wow. Must be big if it kept Lance Frickin' Bouma out of a game for a bit.
Luckily we can rebuild him. We have the technology

Does Bennett draw in if Bouma can't go Thursday?

I would think/hope worst case would be a broken clavicle? Jamie McLennan played with one of those in 2004, Bouma would too I bet.
A broken rib could also be a worst cast scenario, but I bet Bouma would laugh at the suggestion of not playing.

I'd love to see him but, man. That is a tough assignment for your first NHL game.

Lance Bouma is like a Toyota Hilux. You try so hard to kill it, and when it finally does die it's taken so much abuse you can't even be mad.
But then you drain the engine, replace the fluids, and it starts up again.
Pretty sure the only thing that's going to keep him out of the lineup is a lower limb amputation.

Would love Bennett to play, but it would be best to dress Bollig against a big LA team.

Yeah for once I agreed with Francis, if there is no playoff potential in the final game, put Bennett in. Hey it worked for Johnny
