NHL 11 General Discussion
NHL 11 has officially launch! We can now move talk from previews of the game to hands on impressions and questions.

Even worse.. I just picked mine up and cant play it til i get off work at 4.... and its sitting here just mocking me =(

I picked mine up at Midnight in Edmonton, my first impressions of the CHL players....
Its awesome that they are included for GM mode, but as far as playing with CHL players....
The announcer ONLY says the names of players with the same last names as NHLers...
So when I was playing with the Hitmen, I only heard the announcer say Fiddler and Jones,
It seems to however, have most of the names of the Moncton Wildcats and the names of the big first rounders...Hall, Gormley, Seguin etc
Also, the use of poor grammar in regarding the team names for the CHL....
"The Hitmens lead late in the third after that goal"

Considering it's the first year they've added the CFL things I'm not expecting too much out of it. I think it will get fleshed out in future editions.
For me, adding stuff like this is great for the GM aspect of the game, then actually playing with a CHL team.

I'd trade places with you. I have to wait for Bestbuy to finally ship it out and then it's a three or four day wait. I most likely wont be playing it until next week.

me too.... Best buy by my work had 3 copies ( i got the 1st one) ... The other best buys have 5 copies a piece.... What kind of is this ? I guess only 20 people play NHL in OKC? Man , and I thought more people in OK would play because the OKC Barons will be in the game!

wow my HUT team sucks!
my best player is t duba who is a 75 goalie. i did get the grand rapids griffins as my team card. so that makes me happy
edit: WTF?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!i only got 4 defensemen! this sucks!

i did get filatov when i redeemed my pack for beating canada in the demo. however, after opening that pack, and the other pack for inviting a friend, still only 4 D! fml!

i knew those 2 years of having you on the team would finally be beneficial!!!!!
it does suck though, as it is killing my chemistry rating. my 3rd pairing was 2 forwards and they had a chemistry of 12! i am just kinda messin around now, but damn that is low!
