Yes, I know it's old but my nephew just gave me his PS2 (I feel old) since he has a PS4 and an Xbox 1. He gave me Gran Turismo 3, Call of Duty 3, a fishing game, and NHL07. Any recommendations for some decent games? I mainly like driving simulators, but sports and shooting games are okay too. I have a bid in on Gran Turismo 4 on eBay for really cheap and should find out in a few hours if I won the auction.
Burnout 3 and Burnout Revenge are two of the best arcade racers ever made. I'm playing them through right now on the PCSX2 emulator and they hold up extremely well. Also SSX Tricky is one of the funnest snowboarding games ever made if you're into that at all

Oh man!!!! SSX Tricky is great! I’m digging out the Ps2
If you have a half decent PC I'd recommend giving the Gamecube version a shot through the Dolphin emulator. 1080p, vsync, and anti-aliasing really help make it look more contemporary. I played it through start to back last year without a single hiccup

Echo the Gran Turismo 4 recommendation, amazing game.
NHL 2004 is fantastic.

Thanks for all the replies! I won the eBay auction for Gran Turismo 4 so hopefully it arrives soon. I also ordered a memory card from Amazon. I'll look into some of the other games that were mentioned above.
I would agree to check out Video Game Traders. They always have a huge stock of PS2 games and unlike eBay or a pawn shop, they test all the games they sell and you can take the game back (within 30 days I think?) if something isn't working.
