Got a craving for chicken wings. To this day the one thing that gets me to salivate like Pavlov's dog are hot wings that my dad used to make. Did a quick search in the Popeyes thread but came up empty -- thought I'd start a new thread instead.
Looking for recommendations -- ideally a place that gives you good bang for your buck. Only caveat is that dining in isn't an option right now, so it'll have to be take out (or potentially cook at home).
I love Buffalo wings, but discovered deep fried chicken wings are one of the most fattening things you can eat. One Buffalo wing is about 150 calories. A dozen is a whopping 1800 calories.

Hmm... the air fryer option sounds intriguing. Mine’s pretty small though so I’d probably have to make a few batches.
I added the “cook at home” option because we sometimes grab a tray from Costco and throw them in the oven. But yeah, if anyone has any takeout recommendations, I’m all ears. Will have to give Mug Shotz a try one of these days.

Get an air fryer. You won't be disappointed.

Air fryers are just compact convection ovens. I have a Breville oven that can do air frying, and about a million other things. I use it almost every day.
