It's pretty easy, depending on where your fuse panel is.
You can use a fuse tap, find a fuse that's switched with the ignition, remove it, plug in the fuse tap, plug the fuse back in to the fuse tap, and run the wire.
Just remember that if your dashcam has a USB connector, it's 5 volts, so you need a hard wire kit that converts down from 12v.
