You could look at it that way, though I think Jimmy's initial reaction was WTF HHM? These people are going to be dead soon, give them their money. He though HHM was screwing these seniors so they could pocket more money. It was in HHM's interest to hold out, not really the clients. Which is what Jimmy was showing with the peanuts. Now once he thought about how much it was I think it tainted that initial reaction and drove him a little aggressively. As with all things Jimmy, I do believe his heart was in the right place at the start.
