My friend had issues with toilets not being properly sealed or something like that. It's a condo so I doubt you have stairs but I know a lot of people (myself included) that completely ignored warning signs and now have annoying squeaks.. Make sure they're screwed and glued.
If you do find a bunch of issues that require repainting, try to negotiate a date after you've moved in to cover up any dings. I've heard that many builders offer to cover up dings from moving free of charge as an added perk.
