What makes it sound like that?
Facts so far:
-kid is black
-old guy finds him in community and is suspicious of him
-cops also agree he is suspicious
-kid found on ground dead from gunshot
-signs that old guy was in struggle, possibly on his back on the ground
The rest is imagination at this point. Guy should be in jail at this point I agree, but no evidence in these reports to suggest this. Could have happened. Maybe the youth was breaking into a car?
