I think she likely meant HDR (not HD); which does take more time since you're taking multiple pictures and combining them into one to get various light levels.
For example, that is the reason you can see out of the main window in the 4th/5th pics. Normally if you want to get an indoor shot, the window will be all white since it is much brighter; HDR makes it so you can see out the window. (Go look at any listing picture that includes a window and youll see what I mean).
That said, she did the HDR fine (like it worked), but the pics still look off/shoddy for some reason (they look washed out because I think she used a flash in only 1 of her exposures)
