I'm putting Buffalo in a category with Detroit and Ottawa as being desperate to get out of their rebuild and willing to move the first.
As for who they'd target, I think it's entirely possible that they see Andersson as the fourth top 4... A veteran and stabilizer for a young group.
Could someone else be a better fit there? Absolutely. But I think they'll be shopping that pick.
