Graphics stopped being a deciding factor for me when I played Starcraft for 6 + years straight. It came out in 1998 and is still a better game then nearly every RTS game released since then.
Got a chance to play Mario Galaxy a week or so ago. Not as engaging as I had hoped but still better then anything else released in recent days.
