Folks, we have become way too sloppy on this. Teams are over CPHL cap and under roster limits.
This game functions on the basis that GMs are taking care of their rosters are following the rules. I do not have time to go through teams and monitor this. You get watchdog warning. If you are ignoring them, you aren't playing the game.

So I'm asking each GM to check their rosters and correct any problems. Post here when complete.

You need to be in compliance with:
CPHL salary cap
CPHL roster minimums and limits
AHL roster minimums and limits
AHL cap
ECHL roster limits (there is no ECHL minimum requirement)

And then I will be expecting folks to be on top of this going forward. If they aren't, we will start fining next year cap as a result.
