These players above the threshold, is it mandatory to have them up in the CPHL or we sticking with the rule, if they're not brought up within that 1 week period they will have to go through waivers to be brought up later in the year?
I think we should make it mandatory that all players above the threshold are brought up, since there is no AHL.
