And sorry, I wasn't trying to discuss the specifics of this particular sale; I think it was more of a recognition that a number of factors contribute to how quickly a house sells (i.e. a "good" property versus a "cheap" property) and what the final sale price is (i.e. if there are multiple interested parties, multiple offers, etc).
