The link says Google may disable sending on an account if it's send lots of bulk email or sending to lots of bounces.
Plus I know they do other things like detect what IP addresses are being used for sending, and given that you're using various computers that are not your traditional IP, it sounds like you might be caught by some combination of things that aren't explicitly stated on that page. If your email kind of looks like spam, or if someone you're sending to accidentally flagged your email as spam that might have an impact too.
The link says that if you wait 24 hours your account should be re-enabled.
