Hell, even then that's hard. My mom's 40lb Corgi was impossible for me to hold down to look at a cut on his foot, and I'm 220. Granted I was doing it in a way to not hurt him, but still, controlling a flailing animal or person is harder than it looks even with a massive size advantage
