I don't think brand or even speed of RAM really matters a whole lot these days unless one is heavily into artificial benchmarking (assuming a reputable brand anyway, Corsair, Kingston, G.Skill, etc). I'd get the brand with the best warranty for the price, then the fastest for the price.
Unless one wants a specific look or LEDs or something.
I got these ones last time, they were $220 at that time tho.
