Only just finished episode 2.

Love the fight-club/american psycho style drama with the protagonist as an unreliable narrator (he hears and sees everything as Evil Corp, events might not actually be happening, etc.), the tech stuff not so much.

The fact that it is probably the most-realistic and researched cyber-terrorism/hacking thriller out there doesn't necessarily mean it's got it right or believable. It's just that competition is so bad (CSI Cyber, etc.). A lot of the tech stuff is head-scratching and laughable but it's the trade off of television.

That said, it still does a great job of showing a general audience how most hacks and identity thefts and breaches work. IE: social engineering like calling someone on the phone pretending to be their bank or slipping something past their electronic & physical defenses (fake music CD, compromised thumb drive, etc.)
