I don't measure it too close because it takes the fun out.
Some yogurt - black cherry works the best
a banana
two handfuls of washed spinach (or 6 of those frozen cubes)
fruit from the fridge - usually blueberries, but pineapple or pears on occasion
a healthy splash of pommegranite juice
two large scoops of cottage cheese.
4 ice cubes
some water
I drink about 1/3 of this, then take a tablespoon of Dr. Udo's 3 6 9 oil, and then chase it with more of this.
I highly recommend the cottage cheese over regular protein powder. The cottage cheese has casein, which is a slow release protein. I find this keeps me full until lunchtime. If i use protein powder, I get hungry or so around 1030.
It looks horrific, so don't drink it in a clear glass or you'll risk getting the heeby jeebies
