When I lived in the USA, I had 25GB data with rollover, unlimited everything else, as well as free roaming in Mexico. All for $125/mo. Their Canada roaming was underwhelming and expensive though.
The only exception was LD calling to places outside of the EU, NA and certain major Asian countries but the rates were totally reasonable. And I never called those places anyway.
Canada just has the worst networks.
