I just called them to upgrade, I already had the right modem so they just switched it for me immediately; the agent said "Your internet is going to go down for a couple minutes..." and before I could say "I'm using the interweb to call you!" the call dropped.

I did a speedtest after to Vancouver and it was 178 mbps download. I am off to download ALL the porn!
