Actually you don't need any crime to officially committed. You need to charge someone with grounds for impeachment but the truthfullness of these charges doesn't really matter. All you need is the political cover to do it.

It just takes the required votes of the judiciary committee, house and senate. As As for crimes he is in violation of the emoluments clause day 1.

Trump gets impeached the day that enough republican house/senate seats are at risk of being primaried by pro impeachment candidates.
