Do you? Cedarbrea is a 15km drive to my office downtown. I sure as heck wouldn't want to spend $400 for a starter home in the far north or south.

I don't think the home is overly expensive for what it is and what market it is in. I wouldn't neccessarily consider it a starter home though. I don't know many people in their 20s and early 30s looking to spend ~$400k on their first home.
