per Friedman on HNIC, Canadian teams are pursuing Foo, Vechionne, and DiSimone

Given Foo's connection to Flames' development camp, Flames might have a good chance at him, if he decides to go pro. As has been previously reported, his brother is going to Union next year and he really wants to go bacck to play with him.
