This will be extremely hard for me to do on my own, so if 2 people (one from the middle and one from the end of the round) would be willing to step up and help me with this it would be greatly appreciated. And if someone was unavailable to pick in the middle of the round they would PM their pick to the "mod" in the middle of the round, and same with the end and the beginning of each round. In the interests of saving time it will be 20 rounds (12F 6D 2G) or if someone wants to turn this into some kind of league or sim or whatever they can with a 23 round draft, just let me know what is wanted. We could either do it with multiple rounds a day for a week or so, or a round a day for 20 days taking us to the start of the season
