The first Draft Lottery was held in 1995. Since then, there have been 17 standard lotteries (excluding 2005, which was conducted differently).

Past lottery results:

1st: 1996, 1997, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010 (35.3%)
2nd: 2012 (5.9%)
3rd: 1998, 2001, 2002, 2004 (23.5%)
4th: 2003 (5.9%)
5th: 2000, 2007 (11.8%)
6th: Never (0%)
7th: 1995 (5.9%)
8th: 1999, 2011 (11.8%)

I have a good feeling for finishing with the 6th worst record.
