SWORD being an offshoot of SHEILD, Agent Woo being the voice on the radio, it doesn't seem we are dealing with "bad guys".
Perhaps it is the second one, but if so I think it will still be a combination for the first and second and the interrogation wont be malicious, but rather investigative.

If Mephisto, maybe started as the first and being attacked?

My Prior was expecting this to be a hero vs self story. So I might be seeing things to confirm that.

Yes, Woo and Sword are trying to help, but that Agnes is the proxy/servant for an entity trying to disrupt their efforts and manipulate Wanda. And yeah it can still be hero vs self with her having created her own pocket reality, the forces trying to come into that (Sword/Mephisto) are getting painted with the brush of her reality as they cross her plane.
