So we've had two backups now, for 2 reasons in our house. First was because of a failed sewer pump (basement is below sewer in street). The second was the back-flow valve for the inlet to the pump has failed and can now get hung up blocking any flow in too the pump barrel. This leads to a "crappy" day!!!

We've also got our basement shower that has been plugged with grout from our basement contractor. We never use the shower, but figure we may as well get it fixed as well.

Does anyone have a recent recommendation?? We used Clearview on the pump failure. They do ok work, but they are wayyyyy expensive. Searched and didn't see any recent recommendations.
