I was super impressed the first time I ever started doing DDPY. I could see results when I looked in the mirror after only a couple of weeks.
If you apply yourself to doing this regularly you will noticed that the workouts get easier to do. I cursed in Diamond Cutter when he went do to slow burn pushups for the umpteenth time but this time it was 5 second count! Whaaaat! THEN the last pushup was 10 count! Are you kidding me?!?!??!? Later on that summer I did Diamond Cutter workout 3 nights in a row and by the 3rd night it was like. Oh, we're doing 10 count pushups now? No big deal.
I'm going to get back to that point by the end of August. Tonight is another FB and RHC (still 1.0).
