Figuring out value of a property
I realize I'm asking a question about a market in which you aren't in, so my apologies in advance.
I have an opportunity to sell my rental property to my tenants that are in it right now. How should I go about valuing my place, and determining the proper price to try and sell it to them for? Can a realtor do this for me without signing a contract to sell through him or her?
