Vegetarian diet. Where do I start.
I tried a search on here, but couldn't find anything. I'm wanting to become a vegetarian but I don't really know where to start in order to get all the nutrients that I would require.
I tried once before but ended up feeling completely drained and ill, but I assume that's because of too little protein.
Does anyone have any recommendations or recipes? Any help would be awesome.
