Just to clarify, if I am re-signing an RFA for 3 years, the value of his contract is RFA3 for the next 3 years? Or is it RFA1 for the first year, RFA2 for the next, and RFA3 for the final?
For example Logan Couture RFA1 is 7 and RFA2 is 7.5, RFA3 is 8
So if I sign him for 3 years will it be 8mil for year 1, 2 & 3? Or 7 for year 1, 7.5 for year 2, and 8 for year 3?
