How does this work for the participating restaurants (gourmet ones specifically)? You just make a reservation and the gourmet menu will be an option, or do you have to call and say you want a reservation for big taste menu?
edit- and anyone have recommendations on choices for the gourmet menu ones? Teatro essentially looks to be half price from their normal set menu.
